ScholarPath is a transformative tool that assists students in discovering their perfect career path and planning for life beyond high school.
Fremont, CA: ScholarPath by MyScholar is a social network for job preparation for high school students. ScholarPath is transforming how high school students plan their future and how high school talent is recruited by creating an ecosystem for students, colleges, corporations, and the military. The group assists high school students in determining the best path for them, whether that path is college, the workforce, or the military. ScholarPath was introduced at numerous St. Louis high schools during the 2020/2021 academic year in collaboration with regional chambers of business, companies, unions, and the military. It was invented by an experienced team of educators and technologists.
ScholarPath, an education platform that helps high school students pursue a career true to their abilities and passions, has exceeded early investment expectations by closing on a multimillion-dollar round of financing for its ongoing multi-state development.
"Due to the caliber of investors and their passion for supporting the mission of our company, we recently made a decision to accommodate additional participants, and now are almost fully subscribed to that higher financing target, as well," said ScholarPath CEO Doug Mitchell.
ScholarPath is a transformative tool that assists students in discovering their perfect career path and planning for life beyond high school. The website directly links students with institutions, employers, and recruiters to help them choose their best next steps and uncover genuine possibilities.
This newest round of start-up investment was initially scheduled to close at the end of June, but it was extended and broadened to include broader investor interest. ScholarPath will get introduced in public high schools this fall. North Carolina and Missouri schools get scheduled to be the first to go live, with plans to expand to additional states in early 2023.
"The majority of this funding will be used to expand hiring in our evolving Customer Success area, Mitchell said.”In addition, some of it will also be used to complete a few of our ongoing technology enhancement projects."
The creative platform of the firm strives to connect students with various organizations, whether focused on specialized trades and local companies, higher education schools and universities, or the military.
